2 months agoWe had our wedding at Castell D’Emporda in June 2025. I’m sure everyone says their wedding was the best wedding ever, but ours really was. The location is stunning, with gorgeous vistas from every corner. The staff was incredible, we really did not have to worry about anything (shout out to Sandra!!) the welcome party had fantastic food, music, and vibes, really starting the weekend off in such a fun way. The wedding day its elf was a dream come true, from the gorgeous locations and set up, to the 5 star food, to the electric dance party at the end of the night. We could not have asked for more! Our guests are still raving about our wedding, and we will forever remember this magical weekend.

3 months agoI recommend reading this review and others like it to see that the poor customer service at this establishment is a recurring problem, despite the owner's excuses. The experience and treatment our company's staff received from the hotel was poor and unprofessional, both from the reception staff and the hotel management. We've reviewed other Google reviews and confirmed that ours is not an isolated incident: the owners of this hotel very often offer certain services and commit to certain features when booking, only to deliver inferior service that doesn't match what was offered, paid for, or agreed upon. Then, when we try to demand fair and appropriate service, we receive evasive and inconsistent responses. The hotel management basically turns a blind eye, as if it's none of their business. We've had at least five conversations with them to resolve the issues we had regarding the inappropriate treatment our manager received, and they haven't cared. We assume they're content with having received their payment and think their prime location allows them to treat customers like mere commodities. It's a shame that some businesses in the tourism sector still operate this way. Therefore, we do not recommend any of the hotel's services, including accommodations, corporate events, restaurants, or weddings. Anything you book might seem like one thing, only to find it's something completely different. This isn't an isolated opinion; if you search on social media, you'll see many similar reviews. Unfortunately, we didn't expect this from an establishment with such prestige and a prime location. Regards.
