Beautiful building. Very nice and flexible. staff esp reception. Huge pool. Fast room service. Pool not quiet - one hears the nearby road, didn’t bother me but it’s not peaceful quietness (but also 15 m from airport big plus). Very solid food at restaurant.

A magnificent building with friendly, professional, and attentive staff, especially since we were traveling with a two-year-old. The suite was very large and comfortable, although the bedding could have been softer, given the hotel's standard. The restaurant is exquisite; we thoroughly enjoyed our half-board meal. The staff provided excellent advice for exploring the island. A wonderful off-season getaway. Ideally located near Palma (25 minutes) and beautiful beaches like Cala Pi, San Jordi, Valldemossa, etc.

Some staff were so passive-aggressive they could weaponise a smile. Interacting with them felt like friendliness was a locked upgrade. A few were genuinely nice, but the rest seemed allergic to basic warmth. I found myself counting the food slices at breakfast like I was auditing rations on a sinking ship. Very luxury austerity program. The place itself is a charming old country-house with nice pools, but the rooms could use a little renovation - nothing dramatic, just enough so they stop giving the haunted bargain basement vibe.
