a week agoI stayed here with my 4-year-old son and my brother from July 7–11, and we had a wonderful experience overall. The only downside was the check-in process. It was slow, and although the official check-in time was 3:00 p.m., we arrived around noon and had to wait in the lobby until our room was ready at 3:00 p.m. I had contacted the hotel in advance to ask about the possibility of an early check-in, but unfortunately it could not be confirmed. That said, the outstanding service more than made up for the wait. The evening staff at Gillray's restaurant were phenomenal. Vineet, Ruchika, and Saurabh went above and beyond to make our stay special. Since this USA-to-London trip was my son's dream, they made sure we had the best possible view of Big Ben during our visit to Gillray's. Their kindness and attention to detail created a memory that my son and I will always cherish. We truly appreciated their exceptional hospitality, and the next time we visit London, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

2 weeks agoAn awful experience with the guy this morning who comes to the car to get luggage— very rude, does not have an ounce of customer service within him .. not a very good look for Marriott

3 weeks agoFire alarm testing is done in the morning and scared my kids half to death. Why you wouldn’t do this in the afternoon is beyond me. Call for someone to get all bags. Nobody showed up. Bathroom ran of soaps and shampoos ran out no refills after asking. We had lounge access and that was very underwhelming to other lounges at JW. Poor experience overall. Service isn’t their forte. I’ve been traveling to London for over 35 years and poorest experience I’ve had. Very disappointing considering what they charge a night but they want to take advantage of all the Americans coming over
