went yesterday for my mum’s birthday. good value set menu and nice venue. takuya-san was the highlight of our visit, though. incredible service above typical 1-star standards and definitely our whole table’s favourite among an already very great team. being kind and attentive is one thing, but anticipating customer needs and understanding what they might want without being told directly, or going the extra step naturally without being asked, is a rare skill he showed. i would suggest overall topping up water less frequently (i.e. only when nearly empty), though. birthday treat was a great touch and delicious, though the main desert prior could use a bit of work… not much texture except a peculiarly aerated cream and not much flavour of note except semi-tart fruit. otherwise, solid for the price and raul was also a lovely member of the team.

Amazing food, drinks, and service. A great place to get a refined but relaxed meal in London. Worth a visit.
