Hockwold Hall

We truly couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect wedding venue than Hockwold Hall. From start to finish, the entire experience surpassed every expectation we had—and quite honestly, exceeded our wildest dreams. Planning a wedding can feel incredibly daunting, with so many moving parts, but Beth and Molly were nothing short of exceptional throughout. They were constantly in touch, always one step ahead, and such a reassuring presence during the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made everything feel seamless and completely under control—even when we didn’t realise just how much was happening behind the scenes! The Hockwold Hall team was also fantastic throughout, and together, they made us feel so supported from beginning to end. Their professionalism, organisation, and genuine care made all the difference and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. The venue itself is simply breathtaking. The rooms are beautiful, the bridal suite is absolutely stunning, and every space feels so thoughtfully designed. Our outdoor ceremony was picture-perfect, and the marquee was just incredible—it all came together more beautifully than we could have ever imagined. Since the wedding, so many of our guests have been in touch to say what an amazing time they had. They commented not only on how stunning Hockwold Hall is, but also how practical and well-run it is as a wedding venue, which made the whole day flow so effortlessly. We honestly wish we could relive the entire day all over again. If you are even slightly considering Hockwold Hall for your wedding, don’t hesitate for a second—it is the perfect venue, and it will give you the most unforgettable day. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Fantastically nice place. Really suitable for large groups.

We had our wedding in August 2025 at Hockwold Hall - we would highly recommend to any future couples. The setting is beautiful and the team always have a plan B if the weather is not great on the day. The team were very attentive throughout the day and we (including the guests) felt fully relaxed as the team made sure everything was running smoothly. The onsite accommodation on the night of the wedding was an added bonus too!

So I picked this venue for my wedding as it was absolutely stunning and like no other that I had seen I fell in love with it from the first look unfortunately I had a lot of issues with their caterers but eventually got that fixed it come to my wedding day and walking down the aisle was a disaster as I was not told there would be holes/dips in the aisle, One of my guests said she tried to warn me, but she was told to stay seated ,I almost fell flat on my face if it wasn’t for my dad which as you can imagine on your wedding day that is the last thing you want it ruined my aisle entrance, after I spoke to a few of my guests, they all said the same they tripped as well, after party there was food that was meant to be brought out but was forgotten about and not brought out so I wasted a lot of money on that, apart from that, the Wedding and the venue was okay

Would highly recommend Hockwold to anyone. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff are all brilliant! The rooms are all so unique and offer a great experience for guests. We only wish we could have stayed longer! The cellar bar was a great addition for the after party also. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone and it was all very organised from start to finish
